Sanghamitra Basu, M.D.

Sanghamitra Basu, M.D. completed her medical school at the University of Arizona. She received her anesthesiology training at Rush Medical Center in Chicago, lllinois in 2004 and completed her fellowship in pain management at Rush University in Chicago, lllinois in 2005.

Dr. Basu has had extensive training in the management of spinal pain, headaches, neuropathic pain and CRPS pain. She also has extensive experience in spinal cord stimulation and intrathecal infusion systems.

Sadaf Sharafi, PA-C

Sadaf Sharafi grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada. She earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology in 2006 from University of Nevada Las Vegas, and completed her Masters of Physician Assistant studies at Touro University of Nevada in 2008. She is a board certified Physician Assistant and a member of American Academy of Physician Assistant. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, painting, hiking, and jogging
